Handan İnci, Turkish literature, academic and writer. He is the Rector of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and a faculty member of the Faculty of Literature. He is especially known for his research and studies on Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar. He is the founding president of Tanpınar Center, which was established in December 2017.

He graduated from Istanbul University Turkish Language and Literature Department in 1986. At the same university, Prof. Dr. He completed his master’s and doctorate studies under the supervision of Zeynep Kerman. After 1993, he gave lectures at various levels at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Faculty of Letters.
